Monchhichi | tourist boy 20cm

Go on an adventure with the Monchhichi Tourist Boy. This cute 20 cm plush monkey is a recognizable Monchhichi figure and a fun companion for little fans. Thanks to the combination of soft plush and the characteristic vinyl face, it has the familiar look of the iconic Monchhichi collection.

Monchhichi has a rich history. The plush monkeys were designed in Japan in 1974 by Mr. Sekiguchi. He combined a soft plush monkey body with the vinyl face of the thumb-sucking GeGe doll. This created a boy and a girl who quickly grew into beloved characters.
