Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned.
We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@littlethingz.com. Please include your order number, describe the complaint, and add photos if possible. This way we can better follow up on your complaint.
If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
