Since Little Thingz aimes to provide you with information as complete and reliable as possible, we always display all products with the necessary dimensions and other related information. Many of the offered products are handmade and therefore unique. Dimensions can therefore differ slightly.

A color remains a color. Mind you! The picture of a product that you see on the screen of your computer, tablet or smartphone can always look a little bit different than the product itself. This dependents on your screen type and your display settings.

2 Order

All prices are VAT incl. and visible on our webshop per article. For orders below €45, only shipping costs will be added. All costs are clearly stated before you finalize your order. Is your order over €45, then delivery is free to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders with a minimum order value of € 150, we provide free shipping to France and Germany.

Currently we do not have a showroom. You can see all our items in detail on our site.

Most of our products we have in stock and can be delivered immediately from our own stock or via direct shipment from the brand itself. On each product page the availability of the product is mentioned. When our stock is temporarily exhausted, we can inform you by e-mail when products are available again. If desired you can order the product in advance, entry of the product is communicated via e-mail to you. Some larger or special products you can get only on special order. But keep a longer delivery time in mind. This is also indicated.

There are also large, special products that you can buy on pre-order. The average delivery time is three to four weeks, or specified differently. This is always per product very clearly stated. Please note! When you also order stock items together with your special order, we'll wait for all the articles to arrive before shipping them to you. You would already like to receive the available items previously? No problem, inform us and we'll send them to you. Please be aware that you'll have to pay delivery charges twice.

For orders above €45, shipment of your package is free to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders under €45, you'll pay shipping costs. These costs depend on the size and weight of your order. We always aim to send your order at the best possible rates. This way we make home shopping extra cheap and fun! When you think of the high gasoline prices, pay parkings and your precious time!

3 Delivery

If you order before 12 pm and pay through the online payment platform, we ensure that your package is sent out the same working day. In Belgium and the Netherlands you'll receive your package 1 or 2 working days following receipt of your payment. if you choose to deliver in a parcel shop (collection point), we also deliver on Saturday!

ABA: This does not apply to products that are on special order only.

All ordered packages at Little Thingz are delivered, or directly at your home with DPD courier service or through one of the DPD-partners; or in a DPD ParcelShop delivery point staged for collection.

For this we have a solution. You can have your package delivered at a different address (with the neighbours, at your work) or at a nearby DPD ParcelShop, where you can pick it up during normal business hours (even on Saturday and in some cases on Sunday).

Yes, this certainly is possible. During the order process you can specify the name and delivery address of the lucky person. Would you like to write a personal message that we add and print on a nice card? This can also be done.

The DPD network of ParcelShops throughout Europe consists of 1.500 ParcelShops in the Benelux countries, 5.000 service points in Germany and 6.500 in France.

Yes, after confirming your order and online payment, you will receive from Little Thingz a mail; containing a detailed overview of your order and a tracking number. Through the website of DPD www.dpd.be , you can follow your package with your tracking number.

A copy of your ID is required, if you authorize someone to pick up your package.

Your package will be available during 7 days for pick up at your chosen ParcelShop. After that, your package will be sent back to Little Thingz.

If you notice something is broken or damaged, best thing to do is to contact us within 24 hours on the following telephone number +32 471 40 69 66 or via e-mail: [email protected]. The package can be send back to us after consultation and we'll do the necessary to replace the product. Returns should be send to: Little Thingz BV, Heuveneindeweg 121, 3520 Zonhoven, Belgium

Little Thingz cannot be held liable for non-compliance with any obligations it may have with respect to the customer resulting from occurrences beyond its control. This includes any serious interruptions to the Little Thingz's activities and/or stagnation of the logistics chain.

At a DPD Parcelshop you can pick up or return your online orders. At present there are more than 1,500 DPD Parcelshops in Benelux, with extended opening hours, even during the weekend. 

If you’re not at home when the DPD driver comes, your parcel will be taken to a Pickup parcelshop in your local area. That way, you get your parcel as soon as possible, and you decide when you go to pick it up. The DPD driver will leave a note in your mailbox giving the address of the Pickup parcelshop and the time from which you can collect your parcel. You will receive an email from DPD when the parcel has arrived in the Pickup parcelshop. Bring your proof of identity with you when you go to pick up your parcel. You will have seven days to collect it, after which it will be returned to the sender.

It is so simple, with Predict we will always inform you of our delivery day by text message or email. Is the day inconvenient for you? If so, you can change or postpone your delivery preference:

  • To a near Pickup parcelshop.
  • On another day 
  • To another address  
  • Dropping off authorization – we will leave your parcel in a secure place

We will send you another message on the delivery day, with an expected one hour time-slot. 

4 Register

You do not need to register at the checkout procedure. Here you have the choice to or pay immediatelly or to register your personal details. Register, then it is sufficient at each subsequent order to sign up with your email address and your password.

You wish to order easily and gain access to individual services of our webshop? This is possible, using a password you're free to choose yourself. The best Internet password is a combination of letters and numbers that is hard by someone else to guess.

We always take your email address as username. You are free to choose your own password. The best password is a combination of letters and numbers that is hard by someone else to guess. Under ' My Account ' you can easily change your e-mail address and password if you are logged in on our webshop.

5 Payment

At Little Thingz you can pay for your order immediately online with your credit card Visa/MasterCard, via iDEAL, via Paypal or by Bancontact. You can choose your preferred payment method when completing your order. You can also transfer the amount to our bank account, in case you rather not pay online. Note ! In case you pay by bank transfer, your parcel will only be sent out once we have received your payment. This may take a few days. Since Little Thingz uses a secure internet connection - the so-called "Secure Socket Layer" protocol - online shopping with us is perfectly safe.
