Can I get some help placing an order?

Is it your first online order, or are there any questions, could you use some help: you can call us on the following number: + 32 471 40 69 66.

And this on the following days: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm / Saturday & Sunday: 10 am to 1 pm

Is there somewhere I can see your products?

Currently we do not have a showroom. You can see all our items in detail on our site.

How do I know how much I have to pay?

All prices are VAT incl. and visible on our webshop per article. For orders below € 100, only shipping costs will be added. All costs are clearly stated before you finalize your order. Is your order over € 100, then delivery is free to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders with a minimum order value of € 150, we provide free shipping to France and Germany.

What if an item is not in stock?

Most of our products we have in stock and can be delivered immediately from our own stock or via direct shipping from the brand itself. On each product page the availability of the product is mentioned. If our stock is temporarily exhausted, then we can inform you by e-mail when products are available again. If desired you can order the product in advance, entry of the product is communicated via e-mail to you. Some larger or special products you can get only on special order. But keep a longer delivery time in mind. This is also indicated.

What about items only available on special order?

There are also large, special products that you can buy on pre-order. The average delivery time is three to four weeks, or specified differently. This is always per product very clearly stated. Please note! When you also order stock items together with your special order, we'll wait for all the articles to arrive before shipping them to you. You would already like to receive the available items previously? No problem, inform us and we'll send them to you. Please be aware that you'll have to pay delivery charges twice.

How much are the delivery costs?

For orders above € 60, shipment of your package is free to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders under € 60, you'll pay shipping costs. These costs depend on the size and weight of your order. We always aim to send your order at the best possible rates. This way we make home shopping extra cheap and fun! When you think of the high gasoline prices, pay parkings and your precious time!

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you order before 12 pm and pay through the online payment platform, we ensure that your package is sent out the same working day. In Belgium and the Netherlands you'll receive your package 1 or 2 working days following receipt of your payment. if you choose to deliver in a pickup parcel shop (collection point), we also deliver on Saturday!

ABA: This does not apply to products that are on special order only.

Will DPD inform me of the delivery day?

It is so simple, with Predict we will always inform you of our delivery day by text message or email. Is the day inconvenient for you? If so, you can change or postpone your delivery preference:

  • To a near Pickup parcelshop.
  • On another day 
  • To another address  
  • Dropping off authorization – we will leave your parcel in a secure place

We will send you another message on the delivery day, with an expected one hour time-slot. 

How will my order be delivered?

All ordered packages at Little Thingz are delivered, or directly at your home with DPD courier service or through one of the DPD-partners; or in a DPD pickup ParcelShop delivery point staged for collection.

How can I receive my order when I'm not at home during the day?

For this we have a solution. You can have your package delivered at a different address (with the neighbours, at your work) or at a nearby DPD pickup ParcelShop, where you can pick it up during normal business hours (even on Saturday and in some cases on Sunday). 

We find you not at home to receive your parcel and delivery at your neighbour is also impossible? We do our utmost to let you have your parcel. Our driver will leave a note behind with more detailed information.

Can I have a parcel sent as a present directly to someone else?

Yes, this certainly is possible. During the order process you can specify the name and delivery address of the lucky person. Would you like to write a personal message that we add and print on a nice card? This can also be done.

Can I follow the status of my order?

Yes, after confirming your order and online payment, you will receive from Little Thingz a mail; containing a detailed overview of your order and a tracking number. Through the website of DPD www.dpd.be, you can follow your package with your tracking number.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you notice something is broken or damaged, best thing to do is to contact us within 24 hours on the following telephone number + 32 471 40 69 66 or via e-mail: info@littlethingz.be. The package can be send back to us after consultation and we'll do the necessary to replace the product.

Returns should be send to: Little Thingz, Geelsebaan 138, 3980 Tessenderlo, Belgium.

Force majeur

Little Thingz cannot be held liable for non-compliance with any obligations it may have with respect to the customer resulting from occurrences beyond its control. This includes any serious interruptions to the Little Thingz's activities and/or stagnation of the logistics chain.
