Does your purchase not meet your expectations? No problem, you can easily return the item. Also for discounted items. Read carefully below how you do this and what you should pay attention to.

 Do you want to return an item and a quick refund? Then you bear the responsibility that the return shipment arrives properly and securely packaged with us. That is why we ask you to always return the items to us in good condition, unused, provided with all labels, in original packaging and with care in a sturdy cardboard. The shipping costs for returning products are for your own account. Unstamped returns are not accepted. Personalized products, articles with a limited expiration date, pacifiers or items that are specially made to order cannot be returned. 


I want to exchange one or more items? 

We do not provide (exchange) service. All returned items are refunded after receipt and verification. If you want another item, we invite you to re-order the item (or items) directly on our webshop so that you receive them as quickly as possible. It sometimes takes a while before we receive return packages, we thank you in advance for your understanding. 


Processing and reimbursement of a return. 

The processing of a return takes approximately 3 to 5 working days after receipt. As soon as it has been processed and checked, the amount will be refunded as quickly as possible up to a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the return to the account with which the payment was made. 

If you return the entire order, it will also be fully refunded. 

If you return part of your order, only this part will be reimbursed and no shipping costs.


If your package returns to us because you didn't pick it up on time at a collection point (7 days available for collection with different prior notifications), we offer you 2 choices:


  1. We resend the package, but we will charge new shipping costs for this. (Choice of home address or collection point, rates per country and option to be found under shipment) The new shipment happens after receipt of payment.

 2. Your order will be reimbursed and the shipping costs incurred will be deducted. 

Our customers receive several notifications that their package is on the way for delivery and / or has been delivered to a collection point and the package is available here for 7 days for collection. They are therefore sufficiently informed and bear the responsibility to collect the package on time. If this is not done, return costs will be incurred in addition to shipping costs. Consider our ecological footprint and collect your package in time. 

If you refuse your shipment on offer, the package will be returned to us. The articles will be refunded, but not the transport costs incurred.


How much time do I have to return? 

After delivery you have 14 days to report your return to us in writing via your account or by email. Registration via social media, such as Facebook, Instagram and other channels; are not accepted. After registration you have 14 days to send items back to us. Send the item that you do not like, with the original packaging and packed with care, stamped sufficiently to:

How does it work if you have an account:

• Go to your order via your account.

• Click on the correct order and at the bottom of this page you have a return item(s) button.

• On this page you can always follow the status of your return.


How does it work without an account:

• Register your return via [email protected], stating your full name, order number and reason for the return.

• Return the product unused and in the original packaging with your name and order number.

• Upon receipt and after verification, the amount is refunded to the account with which the payment was made.


We reserve the right not to refund, or to partially refund, a return shipment. That is why we ask you to always return the items to us in good condition, unused, provided with all labels, in original packaging and with care in a sturdy cardboard. 

* Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that are not carefully packed / or damaged.

* Returns that have not been pre-notified will not be processed.

* Returns where the outer box of the item is used as a shipping box cannot be credited.
