This Toob of creepy crawlies contains 16 reptiles in various shapes, colours, sizes and species, including snakes, beaded lizards, iguanas and chameleons. With two figures of each reptile, there is no shortage of animals to play with and study in the Reptiles Toob.

History: Reptiles are among the most widespread animal species and are found on every continent except Antarctica. However, because some reptiles are so closely related to birds (e.g. crocodiles), some scientists believe that birds should be classified under the class Reptilia, which would mean that reptiles are found on all 7 continents.

Characteristics: Reptiles are a very diverse scientific class, ranging from the small sand lizards in this Toob to the enormous saltwater crocodile! These figures have been carefully researched to be as lifelike as possible and are ideal Montessori toys for learning and exploring, playing with and even decorating your bedroom or diorama.

Dimensions: This Toob is 3.8 cm long, 3.8 cm wide and 32.5 cm high, about the size of a standard American ruler. It contains figures of unique and vividly coloured reptiles, including mustard yellow snakes, forest green iguanas and rose red lizards, ranging from 3.2 to 9.5 cm in height.
